We’re Taylor and Michelle Leitinger, high school sweethearts from the Midwest, who packed up our dreams and headed West. Today, we call St. Regis, Montana, home, where we’ve traded city lights for wide open spaces, raising our two wild little boys, Simon and Forrest, and building the farm we’ve always dreamed of.
Taylor is the guy with dirt under his nails and a passion for all things green. With a degree in Environmental Science and a minor in Biology, he brings a deep understanding of sustainability, soil health, and renewable energy to our farm.
But more than anything, Taylor is a hands on, jack of all trades kind of guy. From building fences and fixing equipment to tackling whatever project the farm throws his way, he’s the one getting his hands dirty and doing the hard work to make it all happen.
And if you know Taylor, you know he loves to talk. Start a conversation with him about composting, plants, soil, or even why the sky is blue, and you might find yourself in a deep dive full of facts, stories, and plenty of side conversations. He’s always happy to share what he knows!
Michelle is the heart of our family and farm and the one who keeps things running behind the scenes.
She began her career as a massage therapist before making a turn into healthcare, where she has worked as a CNA for over 13 years. When Taylor dreamed of packing up and moving to Montana to start a farm, Michelle decided to take the leap right alongside him.
What started as a big adventure has grown into a true love for farm life. From raising our pigs, goats, and chickens to learning more about where our food comes from and how to care for the land, Michelle has embraced every part of the journey. She loves the simplicity of farm life, connecting with our local community, sharing our story, and building relationships with the people who support what we do.
Our farming journey began in 2021 with a simple goal: to build a sustainable, regenerative farm that works with nature rather than against it.
We believe in caring for the land, raising our animals thoughtfully, growing good food, and understanding the full circle of where our food comes from. We’re constantly learning, growing, trying new things, and seeing where this adventure takes us. Above all, we want to honor God in the work we do and be good stewards of what He has given us. We’re grateful for the land, animals, and opportunities we’ve been blessed with, and we hope to reflect that through the way we care for our farm, our family, and the people around us.
And who knows what the future holds? Maybe we’ll add a cow, expand the garden, or come home with an animal we never intended to own. At this point, we’ve learned to just roll with it!
So, welcome to our little corner of Montana, where the animals are spoiled, the food is raised with purpose, the work is never ending, and the caffeine is very much needed.
Thanks for being here, supporting our family, and following along on this wild and wonderful journey. We’re so glad you’re here!

Fall is one of our favorite times of year, and we love getting to share the beauty and fun of the season with our community! We are excited to make our annual Fall Festival a tradition here on the farm. Our first one was in 2025, and we can't wait to do it all over again this year!
Stay tuned for the date and details. We hope to see you out on the farm! 🤎🍁

We are so grateful to work with Superior Meats, a local USDA inspected facility, to process all of our pork. We vacuum seal every package to help preserve freshness and quality, so you can feel confident knowing your pork was raised with care on our farm and thoughtfully prepared for your family’s table.
